Notes:

1. Laptop and desktop repair $75.00 to $125.00 for labor
2. Desktop diagnostics $35.00
3. Laptop hardware diagnostics $50.00
4. Monitor diagnostics $35.00
5. Monitor repair $75.00 to $125.00
6. Diagnostic fee is absorbed into the repair fee if customer selects repair.
7. Data Recovery $125.00
8. Service calls $75.00 per hour.
9. No travel time fee if within 6 mile radius.
10. Free pickup and delivery of repairs if within 10 mile radius.
11. Service hours are 9am to 6pm Mon thru Sat.
12. A minimum charge of $35.00 for desktops and $50.00 for laptop diagnostic applies for any check-up work in-house to obtain an estimate for the cost of repair. Extra shall be added for onsite diagnostic. This charge shall be waived if the customer pays for the repair service.
13. How fast a repairing job can be completed depends on the kind of products, complexicity of the problem, and availability of parts.
14. An estimate for the actual cost to fix a problem is just an estimate. The actual cost may be higher or lower.
15. If special parts are needed from the manufacturer, an extra waiting time will be required. We shall inform you of the cost of the special parts before purchasing them for you. Once purchased, such specially ordered parts are not refundable.
16. Sorry we do not provide free warranty services on behalf of the manufacturer at this time. If your computer or other product is still under manufacturer warranty, please contact your manufacturer for services. All of our services shall be charged at this time.
17. We can fix most common problems on laptops such as system configuration, virus/spyware infestation, battery replacement, hard drive problems, and memory problems.
