Repair/Upgrade Services for Laptops and Notebook Computers

We are the Northwest's "ONLY" Full Service PC & laptop sales & service center. We provide both in-house and on-site services with our certified, professional technicians. You can either bring your computer to our service center or at a very reasonable extra cost, we can send our qualified technicians to conduct onsite services.

The difference? (1) We are local to the Puget Sound area — just a ferry boat ride or a short drive away. We have friendly, competent staff to serve you. You don't have to pack and ship your computer to get it fixed. (2) We can provide services promptly without countless phone calls and waiting. We are responsive, and even provide emergency services — we understand that your laptop is your business — we work as fast as we can to accommodate your needs. We are open on Saturday. (3) We do our own services. We do not depend on third parties with whom we may have never met.

We service almost all notebook computers and are the authorized service agent for many. We have access to a wide range of original, genuine parts for upgrades and/or replacements such as hard drives, memory, battery, and CPUs - all at reasonable prices.

We can also upgrade your laptop or notebook by adding more memory, upgrading to a larger hard drive or cure a sick computer, riddled with viruses and spyware.

We offer competitive prices, prompt and courteous service. If needed we can also offer long-term maintenance contracts to maintain computers, servers, and network.

Notes:

1. A minimum charge of 35.00 for desktops and $50.00 for laptop diagnostic applies for any check-up work in-house to obtain an estimate for the cost of repair. Extra shall be added for onsite diagnostic. This charge shall be waived if the customer pays for the repair service.
2. How fast a repairing job can be completed depends on the kind of products, complexicity of the problem, and availability of parts.
3. An estimate for the actual cost to fix a problem is just an estimate. The actual cost may be higher or lower.
4. If special parts are needed from the manufacturer, an extra waiting time will be required. We shall inform you of the cost of the special parts before purchasing them for you. Once purchased, such specially ordered parts are not refundable.
5. Sorry we do not provide free warranty services on behalf of the manufacturer at this time. If your computer or other product is still under manufacturer warranty, please contact your manufacturer for services. All of our services shall be charged at this time.
6. We can fix most common problems on laptops such as system configuration, virus/spyware infestation, battery replacement, hard drive problems, and memory problems.
